- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal staff, caregivers, and client families
- Coordinate caregiver schedules, shift coverage, and respond to availability or change requests
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including interview scheduling, reference checks, and orientation support
- Maintain and update electronic and paper filing systems for HR, client records, and compliance documentation
- Track and manage caregiver PTO requests, availability updates, and shift adjustments
- Support billing preparation
- Monitor and prepare office and medical supply orders based on established inventory
- Prepare and edit correspondence, internal communications, and reports
- Assist leadership with meeting scheduling and calendar management
- Support company initiatives around quality improvement and compliance tracking
- Communicate with clients, referral partners, and vendors to support care coordination
- Participate in team meetings and staff development initiatives
- Manage the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms) by posting updates, promoting events, and engaging with followers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or service-related setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office technology
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM preferred
- Familiarity with medical or home care terminology a plus
