About the Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care - Baltimore/Carroll is looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team on-site in Towson, MD. Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to office staff and management
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain and organize patient and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and calendar management
- Process and manage office documentation, data entry, and filing systems
- Support HR and onboarding processes for new caregiving staff
- Coordinate with field staff and clients to ensure seamless home care service delivery
Requirements:
- 2 or more years experience in an administrative assistant or office support role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a busy office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
- Experience in healthcare, home care, or a medical office setting is a plus
