About the Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care - Baltimore/Carroll is looking for an enthusiastic Administrative & Marketing Intern to join our on-site team in Towson, MD! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both office administration and marketing within the rewarding home health care industry. If you're eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day administrative operations including filing, data entry, and office coordination
- Assist with marketing initiatives including social media management, content creation, and campaign support
- Help coordinate community outreach efforts and local marketing events
- Maintain and update client and referral source databases using CRM tools
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, flyers, and presentations
- Support recruitment efforts by helping post job listings and organize applicant information
- Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and referral partners
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work on-site at our Towson, MD office

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
